Good Business

Make something excellent, durable, and true. Charge enough to make it without exploiting people. Pay workers and suppliers fairly. Earn profit honestly, instead of underpaying people and making up for it with charity later. Grow slowly enough to protect quality, craft, culture, and community. Use technology only where it helps the work and the people doing it. Protect attention, rest, and private life. Choose investors who believe in this way of building. Build for decades, generations, and centuries…not quarters.
