Planning Skills for Agents and Humans

Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

These terms govern use of the Planning Skills for Agents and Humans plugin (“Planning Skills”). By using the plugin, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

Planning Skills provides reusable product-planning methods and read-only MCP tools for routing planning work and retrieving canonical skills, templates, contracts, orchestration rules, and related support resources. The plugin is intended to support human judgment, not replace explicit human decisions about direction, appetite, promotion, or scope.

Permitted use

You may use Planning Skills for lawful planning, research, product, engineering, and related work. You may not use the service to violate law, interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, or misuse the service to harm another person or system.

No professional advice

Planning Skills provides planning methods and generated assistance. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

Availability and changes

The service may change, be updated, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Features and supported tools may change as the project evolves.

Open-source materials

Source code and repository materials are made available under the license stated in the project repository. These terms govern use of the hosted plugin service and do not replace rights granted by the repository’s open-source license.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planning Skills is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and for decisions made using them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid specifically for the Planning Skills service during the twelve months before the claim; if you paid nothing, that amount is zero, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change as the service evolves. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date.
